Hi, I'm Abby Tam!
I'm a student journalist and producer at the University of South Carolina's School of Journalism and Mass Communications, graduating in May 2026. My primary career goal is to tell stories as a news producer, but I’m eager to contribute to any part of a newsroom.
Through my experiences in newsrooms, student media, public media and coursework, I’ve had the opportunity to work both in front of and behind the camera, and create social media and digital news content.
Leadership is also a passion of mine! Serving in various executive roles at USC's student-run television station and newspaper has helped me grow as a newsroom leader.
